The Ten Stages Middlesbrough is every Tuesday 12-3pm.We run a rolling course of the Ten Stages we know this for ourselves because this is what we have become conditioned to have. We constantly don’t want to get into this too much.We learn to practice avoidant behaviours in collusion with our parents. And by escaping our innermost feelings, we create an inner void which is filled with either addictions or dissociations.

In the beginning of time, we were organised as one body, but when we became two, the illusion of separateness entered the physical plane.
Through meditation we have to first discover that we are no one, nothing special, not anymore
How Did We End Up With Such Negative Beliefs About Ourselves?
We feel our immediate surround fill with the power of loving kindness
The Child Within having been traumatised develop a variety of self-defeating beliefs about themselves and the world.
